Laura and her team are absolutely fantastic. New to the area with not one but two rescue pups (both with their very own, very special issues), we felt so comfortable with the knowledge and support Laura showed. So much understanding and interest went into learning about each of them that how could we not feel comfortable handing them over! Not sure they’d be the confident pups they are today without the team. Would highly recommend!

It was back in October that Rachel looked after my three cats Layla Sonny and Cher. I received regular txs with updates of how they were doing , which is very reassuring when we are away. Meeting Laura and the team has been the most fantastic experience. From the initial meeting through to arranging socialization for our lovely dog before she took her on last September (2019). I’ve used Pet Sitting Finchley a number of times now for my two cats, one of whom has to have regular medication for an overactive thyroid. I have always had great confidence in Laura, particularly with the dispensing of the medication and the general care of my older cat. Just before I was due to go away a couple of weeks ago, the older cat became ill very suddenly, requiring emergency treatment at the vet and then a lot of care and attention at home. I was close to cancelling my holiday, but Laura was very reassuring, and was more than prepared to be flexible in her visiting times and length of visits. She asked all the right questions about the cat’s aftercare, promised to send twice-daily updates and photos, and agreed to take my cat back to the vet if necessary while I was away. I can’t recommend Laura highly enough – particularly if you have an older, more fragile animal needing extra care and attention. Thank you Laura!.

I found Laura’s website whilst searching for a new petsitter as my usual lady had left the area. I needed somebody reliable, professional, trustworthy and caring whom my 18 year old cat would be comfortable with and Laura ticked all the boxes. Then, my cat developed pancreatitis a week before I was due to leave for the workshop in Barcelona. I was very close to cancelling the trip. But in the end, I chose to go because I felt confident that I was leaving Finn in very capable hands with Laura coming in twice a day medicating and feeding him, and the vet and myself being kept in the loop with twice daily updates and photos. The vet visited to inject subcutaneous fluids and give him a check up and Finn’s health improved over the 6 days I was away. This was quite a responsibility as Finn was very poorly and elderly but Laura was unphased and even managed to get Finn to take his medication from her hands wrapped up in some Gourmet pate!
I’m very fortunate to have found such a great cat sitter in my own neighbourhood of East Finchley and I highly recommend her.

It’s a fantastic reassurance knowing we can go away and both the house and 3 cats are being looked after. Our first meeting with Laura showed her professionalism with a checklist of items to address. Aside from where the cat food is kept, she enquired if we wanted lights through the house switching on in the evenings and curtains drawn. Laura is excellent with our dog Eska and we’ve decided to use Pet sitting Finchley permanently. We love the way they send us photos and videos of their walks. They are generally quite flexible with timings. We get reports of how they are doing all the time which is great. I bumped into Laura as i was walking my little one. Saw how comfortable and relaxed the dogs were with them, so i thought why not give them a try. Since then i have never looked back. When Otis finishes his days with Laura, he is as happy as can be. He gives me cuddles then heads to his bed, ready for a night of snoring. You can always tell when your dog has been busy with a day full play and thats what he gets. Putting that aside, i always get updates about how he is doing and that always puts my mind at rest. We use Pet Sitting Finchley for our 2 cats. One of our cats has got diabetes and requires insulin injections and diet food and we need to make sure she eats her food and not the other cat’s food. We’ve been really impressed with how they’ve treated our cats and our home. For the cats they’ve shown confidence and kindness to them and for our home they’ve left it tidy, locked up and when needed left lights on and closed blinds.
